What markets do you cover?+
Concentrated in Arizona (Phoenix metro, Tucson, Flagstaff, Sedona, Yuma), but we list creative deals nationwide as our wholesaler network expands — recent closings in TX, FL, KY, GA, and TN. Set your target markets in your buy box and we'll only ping you on matches.
How do I get matched to deals that fit my buy box?+

Subject-To, seller finance, and hybrids all have specific paperwork — we've done dozens of each, so you're not figuring it out alone. Many deals target a 7–30 day closing timeline, depending on the property, structure, and closing parties.
